Yes. If you don’t have an empty cylinder to exchange, you can still purchase a new Calor cylinder. You will, however, need to take out a Cylinder Refill Agreement (CRA), which covers the cost of the cylinder itself. Please contact us for pricing.

A CRA is a one‑time charge you pay when you do not have an empty Calor cylinder to return. You only pay the CRA once per cylinder type.
